My Gaffer kindly let me have a play on the lathe, one lump of brass and a little while later, oversized drip tip.

thank you all for the kind comments, it was intended to be a dainty little delicate thing but i got sidetracked and thought lets go for it. No plans to make any more at present, all my spare time is now taken up with polishing this one, it's nearly as big as the tank and weighs as much too!
